Kerry B. Stone M.D., F.A.C.R.
Kerry Stone has been practicing with Rheumatology Associates, Ltd., since 2006. She is a member of the consulting staff at Abington Health-Lansdale Hospital and Einstein Medical Center Montgomery.
Dr. Stone completed a B.S. in chemistry at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She graduated summa cum laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. She then received her medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. After medical school, she completed residency training in Internal Medicine and fellowship training in Rheumatology at the University of Pittsburgh. The results of her fellowship research projects were published in peer-reviewed journals. She has also been an investigator in phase III clinical trials for medications to treat rheumatoid arthritis and polymyositis.
Dr. Stone’s clinical interests include treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, lupus, osteoarthritis, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, scleroderma and osteoporosis. Dr. Stone also enjoys teaching medical residents. She is a member of the American College of Rheumatology, the Pennsylvania Medical Society and the Philadelphia Rheumatism Society.
